Unauthorized Collection of Email Address

Refusing to collect unauthorized collection of e-mail addresses on this website using e-mail collecting programs or other technical devices, and in case of violation, punishable by the Act on Information Network Promotion and Information Protection, etc.

Act on Promotion of Information Network Usage and Information Protection, Article 50 (prohibition of unauthorized collection of e-mail address, etc.)

1. No e-mail address should be collected by using any other technical device that automatically collects e-mail addresses from the Internet homepage that specifies a physician who refuses to collect e-mail addresses.
2. No one shall sell or distribute e-mail addresses collected in violation of paragraph 1.
3. Anyone who considers this email address to be prohibited from collecting, selling and distributing under the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2 shall not use it to transmit information.
